We are located near the Viareggio Pier, a very lively area, and the Liberty promenade, one of the main attractions. It is an ideal place to relax, enjoy the sea, and immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of this coastal city.

The interiors of the apartment are bright, spacious, and tastefully furnished. The apartment has two large bathrooms, both equipped with modern and spacious showers, offering moments of pure relaxation and well-being. There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a large king-size bed and a room with a bunk bed perfect for children; here, there is the possibility of a third pull-out bed to comfortably accommodate 5 people.

The kitchen is located in the living room, ultra-modern and fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious dishes using local ingredients, including the renowned fresh fish from the area that you can buy in the morning from fishermen on the pier. You can experiment with Tuscan cuisine and traditional regional dishes, or perhaps opt for one of the many nearby restaurants, offering a wide selection of culinary specialties.

An electric awning provides shade, allowing you to enjoy it at all hours of the day and savor delicious typical dishes and pleasant aperitifs at the end of the day.

The apartment’s prime location allows easy access to the beach, just a short walk away, as well as the famous Viareggio Pier, where you can stroll and enjoy a spectacular sunset over the sea. Additionally, you will be surrounded by a variety of restaurants offering typical food and fresh fish, allowing you to taste the authentic flavors of the local culinary tradition.

One of the main attractions of central Viareggio is the pier, known as “Molo di Viareggio” or “Molo di Levante”. This long pier extends into the Tyrrhenian Sea and offers spectacular ocean views. It is an ideal place for a romantic walk or simply to enjoy the maritime atmosphere. Along the pier, you can find numerous bars, restaurants, and ice cream parlors where you can enjoy local delicacies while admiring the view.

The Liberty promenade is another iconic attraction in the center of Viareggio. It is a palm-lined avenue that stretches for about four kilometers along the coast. During the summer (July and August), you might find it difficult to find parking near the house.

Excluded costs: Tourist tax; additional mid-week cleaning; sheets for the sofa bed and crib. Available only upon request with our trusted partners: linen for the fifth guest for single bed; additional cleaning, bicycle rental; in-house massages; private chef; private transfers; beach umbrella and much more.

Minimum age to book the accommodation is 25 years (excluding families with children who are welcome).

Online check-in via the Holive portal: All guests are required to provide their personal details and an identity document in advance for registration on the AlloggiatiWeb portal, and on the portals of the Tuscany Region and the Municipality, in accordance with Italian legislation: art. 109 TULPS, art. 12 of decree-law no. 59 of 1978, art. 7 of legislative decree no. 286 of 1998 and art. 193 of royal decree no. 635 of 1940 (Communication of guest data to the Police Headquarters), art. 84 bis regional law no. 86/2016 “Unified text of the regional tourism system” which requires “Statistical Communications” (Communication of data to the Region) and art. 70 regional law no. 86/2016 “Unified text of the regional tourism system” (Communication to the Municipality). During online check-in, guests are required to sign a rental agreement (article 1, paragraph 4, law 431/98) mandatory for staying in a tourist rental house.

The house adopts self check-in with independent key collection from a coded lockbox.

Check-in after 3.00 pm. Check-out by 10.00 am. Late check-out is only possible upon request and free until 12.00 am. Late check-out after 12.00 am until 5.00 pm incurs a half-day stay fee of €50.00; beyond this time, a full night’s charge applies.

Security deposit of €400.00.

Tourist tax for the Municipality of Viareggio is €1.50 per day per person (for a maximum of 10 days), in accordance with municipal regulations.
