We’re in the bustling heart of Viareggio, close to the “old market” and the pedestrian shopping areas just a few meters from the Promenade and the Pier. La Viareggina is a spacious independent house, close to all amenities and just 600 meters from the beach. It’s suitable for large families, even with small children, who want to stay comfortably in the city without having to worry about driving and parking, as everything is within walking distance.

INTERIORS
A typical Viareggio-style house with a small inner courtyard, spread over three floors. The ample space allows even a large group to live comfortably inside: it can accommodate up to 7 people by adding a single bed in the double bedroom on the top floor, one of the two bedrooms equipped with air conditioning. The house has a small outdoor courtyard where you can dine or have breakfast. The bedrooms are all on the upper floors: two on the first floor and one on the second floor (so stairs are necessary), and the bathroom on the top floor, although complete, is located in the attic and therefore a bit low. It’s very convenient to move around on foot once the car is parked; you can also keep bicycles (your own or rented) inside the house or in the courtyard.

EXTERIORS
Paid parking on the street, with the option for weekly or monthly subscriptions; alternatively, you can choose to park your car in nearby free parking areas (such as the old station area or the railway track area). The small inner courtyard is equipped for dining.

The center of Viareggio is one of the most characteristic neighborhoods in the city, where you can find all kinds of shops and services. This area is the old market, where pedestrian streets are filled with small shops, boutiques, bars, and renowned restaurants. From the house, you can easily reach the beach, the pier, the promenade, the dock area, and the pine forest.
