You can forget about using the car during your vacation and move around on foot or by bicycle! With up to 6 beds, the house is suitable for families with children, groups of friends, and couples. INTERIORS

Beautiful detached house on the ground floor, with spacious rooms. With soft and relaxing colors, Casa Albicocca can accommodate up to 6 guests (adding an extra bed upon request). Access is from the garden in front of the house, where there is a small and charming porch with wicker outdoor furniture.

The sleeping area and the living area are well defined and separated; the sleeping area consists of two large, bright double bedrooms, with large wardrobes and well-furnished; a room with a single bed and the possibility of an additional bed, also in the sleeping area, and a nice bathroom with shower. The living area consists of a spacious living room with two sofas, smart TV, and Wi-Fi, and the large kitchen facing the living room; it is truly lovely, with light and relaxing tones, well-equipped with accessories, and very comfortable for cooking and dining. From the kitchen, you exit to the external courtyard. The house is fully air-conditioned.

EXTERIORS

The characteristic of the property is to have both a small garden at the front and a beautiful courtyard for the exclusive use of guests at the back, accessed from the kitchen. This is a truly unique and pleasant space, where you can dine in the evening, enjoying typical dishes or drinking good Tuscan wine, or having fun with friends or family with the barbecue. Many plants adorn the space, and you can sit under the pergola to eat and spend extraordinary summer evenings outdoors. Here in the external courtyard, there is also a convenient laundry area.

Casa Albicocca is located in Lido di Camaiore, just 400 meters from the sea. It’s possible to reach both the beach and all nearby services and shops on foot. You’ll find yourself on a quiet and peaceful street, away from the chaos but very close to one of the most popular streets for its convenience and the presence of many activities and venues.

Near the villa, there are shops of various kinds, bicycle rentals, restaurants, and above all, the beach, which is reachable on foot in just 5 minutes.
