The apartment is on the second floor, accessed via an external staircase shared with another unit. It is bright, well-furnished, and designed to offer you a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Check-in: a member of our team will welcome you in person between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Late check-in (from 7:00 PM) is available at an extra cost of €25.
Check-in after 8:00 PM is not possible.

Free parking is available right in front of the house.
Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1) ONLINE CHECK-IN via Holive portal:
All guests will be required to submit their personal details and a valid ID before arrival.
These documents must also be verified in person within 24 hours of check-in, in compliance with Article 109 of the Italian Public Safety Law (TULPS), either by a staff member or by visiting our agency.
This is in accordance with Italian regulations:

2) During the online check-in, guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement (Article 1, paragraph 4 of Law 431/98), which is legally required for short-term tourist rentals.

3) Guests are required to pay the tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day (for a maximum of 10 days), as established by the Municipality of Viareggio.

4) A house manual and regulations will be provided. You are expected to follow the rules.

5) Check-in is in person, available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
After 7:00 PM, a late check-in fee of €25 applies.
Check-in after 8:00 PM is not permitted.

Check-out must be done by 10:00 AM.
Late check-out is possible only upon request and subject to availability; if approved, it is free of charge until 12:00 PM.
For late check-out after 12:00 PM, a €50 surcharge applies for the additional afternoon stay.

HOUSE RULES

Please respect quiet hours and maintain good neighborly conduct.

KEYS: Losing keys or magnetic cards may result in a charge of €50.

Heating: As per regional regulations, heating can only be turned on starting in November.

Dishes: Do not leave dirty dishes. Please load and run the dishwasher before check-out. Failure to do so may incur an additional cleaning fee of €50.

Waste Disposal:
There are no public bins in the area—waste is collected door to door.
It is essential to separate waste correctly as instructed in the house.
Improper disposal or trash accumulation may result in a penalty of €60 to €150 for landfill disposal.
